Cancellation Policy
BACS/Cheque Subscriptions
If you have purchased a Premium Membership on any About Highlands website, which includes aboutlochaber.com and aboutoban.com, and would like to cancel your subscription, please email
service@abouthighlands.com. A team member will deactivate your membership as quickly as possible after receiving notification.
PayPal Subscriptions
If you purchased a membership through PayPal that is auto-renewing and would like to cancel your subscription, you will need to cancel the subscription in your PayPal account directly.

Refund Policy
The following Refund Policy applies to all paid Linnhe Creative "About Highlands" Subscription Services.
All Memberships are bound by the
Terms of Use for the AboutHighlands.com site.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Subscription Fees will not be refunded if the Membership has been canceled due to a violation of the Terms of Use Agreement.
Annual Renewing Subscriptions
Annual Premium Membership subscriptions may be canceled within thirty (30) days of initial registration, or within thirty (30) days of the renewal date. Amounts paid for the "current year" by customer to Linnhe Creative Ltd. for Premium Membership subscription will be refunded to customer in full. Linnhe Creative will terminate the subscription at time of refund.
Annual renewing Premium Membership may not be cancelled more than thirty (30) days after initial registration, or more than thirty (30) days after the renewal date for the Premium Membership subscription, Linnhe Creative Ltd. will not provide refunds under these circumstances.
Modification
Linnhe Creative reserves the right to revise the terms of this Refund Policy. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
